Hiking
The Green Mountains provide a great variety of land recreation. Hiking during the summer months on Mt. Abraham and Mt. Ellen, the fifth and third highest mountains in the state, both offer popular, challenging hikes along the Long Trail to their summits. Country roads await those who dream of peaceful walks.
